Bridge Center Sold to Linda Marah

    I am happy to announce that an agreement has been reached
and the Bridge Center has been sold to Linda Marah.  Games are
restarting immediately on the usual schedule with the first game
at the regular time on Tuesday, August 31st.

   Under the terms of the agreement, I accepted payment and
an agreement was signed by which I will be terminating the current
lease as of September 30th.   Linda Marah (with help) will be
signing a new lease and will be responsible for the rent and CAM
payment due October 1st and into the future.   It was also
agreed that I will terminate all utilities as of September 17th and
it is Linda Marah's responsibility to arrange for new utility service
before that date.   All the equipment and supplies are now property
of Linda Marah.   In short, everything is now hers including, but
not limited to, all revenues, expenses, liabilities, and responsibilities.

   I wish to thank once again all of our friends and supporters who
have helped us so much over the years.  We could not have gotten
this far without you and we look forward to seeing you at the bridge
table in the future.  You are real super stars!
